About me
Alan P. Brown calls himself a classic ADDer and a massive under-achiever into his 30s, and he says he was undiagnosed until age 37. Then he began using the evidence-based strategies he now teaches to take on his own ADHD.
Those strategies became ADD Crusher, a program his site describes as step-by-step "virtual coach" instruction aimed at beating procrastination and reducing overwhelm. He also wrote the book Zen and the Art of Productivity, and he is listed as a speaker at the 17th annual Online ADHD Awareness Expo, running October 17 to November 17, 2026.
Today Alan runs CrusherTV, a video library of over 100 mini masterclasses on procrastination, prioritization, time management, focus, and willpower, plus live monthly group coaching sessions on Zoom for groups of no more than 10 people. He also offers one-on-one coaching options through Crusher Coaching.
