Alex helps ADHD and AuDHD solopreneurs build marketing that works with their brain instead of fighting it.

Founder, Neurodivergently Yours · Creator, the Constellation Market Map
Alex Alcon spent more than a decade as a Registered Nurse before she took a leap, started her own business, and turned her attention to a problem she knows firsthand: marketing that fights an ADHD brain.
She grew up with an ADHD label in the 90s that almost nobody around her understood, especially in girls, and says it felt like everyone else had a rule book for life that she never got. Nursing school and burnout eventually pushed her to start her own business, where she found freedom, breathing room, and choice. Today, through Neurodivergently Yours, she helps ADHD and AuDHD solopreneurs find that same freedom in their marketing.
Alex brings a nurse's habits to the work: assess before you act, look past the obvious problem, and prioritize. Her signature offer, the Constellation Market Map, is a 90-minute strategy session that looks at a client's offers, messaging, content, website, and LinkedIn as one system, then hands back a written map with their top three priorities. She also runs 1:1 LinkedIn profile sessions and async Loom profile audits, and writes the Chaos Filter, a newsletter of ADHD-friendly marketing resources.
Alex Alcon is an ADHD marketing strategist and the founder of Neurodivergently Yours. A former Registered Nurse (BSN) with more than a decade in nursing, she describes herself as an ADHDer, LinkedIn marketing strategist, coach, and copywriter who is AuDHD herself.
Alex works with ADHD and AuDHD business owners who use LinkedIn as a main marketing channel. She helps them sort out what is working, drop what is not, tighten their positioning and messaging, and turn their LinkedIn profile into a clear landing page, with a plan that fits their actual capacity.
The Constellation Market Map is Alex's 90-minute strategy session for overwhelmed ADHD solopreneurs. Together they look at offers, positioning, content, website, LinkedIn, and the client journey, then within 24 to 48 business hours she sends a written map with the top three marketing priorities, recommendations, and seven days of email support.
