Alex Partridge helps people see their ADHD as something to work with, not fix.

Host, ADHD Chatter
Alex Partridge built one of the biggest social media publishers in the world before he even had a name for why his brain worked the way it did.
Alex founded UNILAD at 19 and LADbible at 22, growing them into some of the largest social publishers on the planet. He wasn't diagnosed with ADHD until he was 34, a moment he describes as making everything about his life suddenly make sense.
He now hosts ADHD Chatter, releasing a new episode every Tuesday where he talks with leading experts, psychiatrists, and celebrities about ADHD. He's also written 'Now It All Makes Sense,' a book on Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), and a guided journal. His recurring message to listeners: none of us are broken, just different, and we have all always been enough.
