Aron helps women 60+ with ADHD-style brains follow through on the projects that matter to them.
Founder, Hidden ADHD
About me
Aron Croft says he struggled with follow-through for years, failing at his first seven jobs and businesses and finding himself broke, divorced, and earning minimum wage by 33, before an adult diagnosis of inattentive ADHD and a master's degree in coaching psychology changed his approach.
He stopped forcing productivity methods built for neurotypical brains and went on to build a Fortune 500 career, including senior manager at Motorola, then started Hidden ADHD, which his site says now has more than 125,000 followers. He describes his mission as helping ADHDers get things done without ADHD getting in the way, through what he calls the 8% Productivity Habit.
Today he focuses on women 60+ with ADHD-style brains who feel stuck in clutter, unfinished projects, and quiet self-doubt, offering live sessions, simple structure, and a community. His site says 19,500+ people have joined his 5-day challenges since 2023, and he is listed as a speaker at the 17th Annual Online ADHD Awareness Expo with a session on clutter, papers, and unfinished projects.
