Cindy helps parents, teachers, and students understand ADHD and executive function challenges so students can thrive.
Founder, PTS Coaching · Author, 8 Keys to Parenting Children with ADHD
Since 2008, Cindy Goldrich has provided coaching, education, and resources for parents, teachers, and students living with ADHD and executive function challenges.
Her work rests on a simple idea from her site: when parents and schools gain a deep understanding of the social and emotional impact that ADHD and executive function challenges have on learning, motivation, behavior, and the family system, students do not just adapt, they thrive. She holds a master's degree in counseling psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College, and describes ADHD as a neurobiological difference with challenges, rather than a deficit or disorder.
Through PTS Coaching she offers one-on-one parent coaching, live webinars for parents including the 7-session Calm and Connected series, coaching for teens, college students, and adults, and training for professionals through the ADHD Parent Coach Academy and the ADHD Teacher Trainer Academy. Her book 8 Keys to Parenting Children with ADHD (W. W. Norton, 2015) draws on her Calm and Connected workshop, and she also co-authored ADHD, Executive Function, & Behavioral Challenges in the Classroom.
