About me

Danielle trained as an occupational therapist, which is a job about how people actually get through a day. She moved into digital health, then into product, and she never really left the customer's side of the table.

Things have to be as easy as possible.

At Keysha she talks with the people who use it and turns what she hears into a plan for what to build. Onboarding and the paywall both began with her specs. A lot of her work starts with someone telling her where the app got in their way.

If a person has to work to figure Keysha out, she counts that as the product's problem. Keysha is built to help people achieve more. Danielle's job is to keep checking that it does.
