David Greenwood helps distracted entrepreneurs turn ADHD into a business advantage instead of a label.

About me
David was, in his own words, 'quite honestly a train wreck' as a hyperactive kid, flunking freshman year at a vocational school and still calling it 'a mystery' how he got a diploma.
He's been self-employed for most of his adult life: a karate school, a well-known restaurant near Boston, his own public relations firm, with about 10 years in between working for Special Olympics. That entrepreneurial run is the case study behind his book, Overcoming Distractions - Thriving with Adult ADHD, which profiles other entrepreneurs with ADHD sharing their own struggles and wins.
He now coaches adults with ADHD and burnout, hosts the weekly Overcoming Distractions podcast ('The Business Of Staying Focused'), and runs a Skool community for ADHD business owners and executives. His angle is strengths-based: he argues ADHD is a workable trait, even a gift, when placed in the right environment, not a deficit to manage around.
