About me
Eric built ADHD reWired because he saw that insight alone was never enough for ADHD brains, so his whole model is structured accountability.
Eric Tivers, LCSW, ADHD-CCSP, is a therapist, ADHD coach, and host of the long-running ADHD reWired podcast, which features conversations with ADHD experts and people sharing their lived experience. He founded ADHD reWired in 2014.
He is the founder of the ADHD reWired Coaching and Accountability (ArC) groups, a structured group-coaching program that helps adults with ADHD follow through on their goals through three weekly sessions and small accountability teams, and he also runs Adult Study Hall, a virtual co-working community. His work blends clinical training with lived ADHD experience to help people move from insight to consistent action.
