About me
Jeff Copper was diagnosed with dyslexia and a learning disability as a young child, and has drawn on that lived experience of a 'normal' that was different from his peers ever since.
Before coaching, Jeff was a national and international competitive swimmer who earned an athletic scholarship, then built a corporate sales career before earning his MBA. He later trained and became credentialed as an ADD/ADHD and life coach, founding DIG Coaching Practice to work with individuals and entrepreneurs on information overload, chronic disorganization, ADHD and ADD symptoms, time management, and impulsivity.
Rather than write or blog, Jeff chose radio and video as his primary way of communicating, founding Attention Talk Radio and Attention Talk Video. Through them he developed and shares 'Cognitive Ergonomics From the Inside Out,' his own coined approach to ADHD intervention, and in 2022 received the ACO's Professional Excellence Award.
