Founder and EF Coach, BrainBrakes · Seattle
Jessica Hespelt founded BrainBrakes on a simple reframe: ADHD isn't something to be fixed or overcome, it's part of who someone is, struggles and strengths both.
Jessica Hespelt, MEd, ACC, is a certified ADHD coach, consultant, and educator with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, families, and professionals embrace neurodiversity-affirming approaches to life management. She founded BrainBrakes and ReThink ADHD to bring practical, evidence-informed coaching and programming to adults, students, and parents navigating executive functioning challenges.
Beyond her coaching practice, Jessica serves as Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator for the award-winning Seattle CHADD chapter and is a founding member of the ADHD Coaches Organization's Diversity and Inclusion committee. She also partners with Washington State DSHS on initiatives to expand community access to ADHD coaching.
Through BrainBrakes, she runs the Rise and Recharge women's ADHD wellness retreat and a weekly women's ADHD support group, extending her work beyond one-on-one coaching into community and peer support.
