Julie helps high school students, college students, and young adults with ADHD build the focus, organization, and follow-through school never taught them.

Founder, Move Forward With ADHD · Houston / The Woodlands, TX
Julie sees coaching as the missing link between struggle and success: the piece that turns talented, smart, creative students who feel held back by ADHD into people who move forward.
Julie is a wife and mother of four grown sons. Her coaching career started at home, researching ADHD solutions for one of her sons, where she discovered the difference a compassionate coach could make around focus, motivation, and prioritization.
She founded Move Forward With ADHD to work with high school students, college students, and young adults on the executive function skills school rarely teaches directly: organization, time management, prioritization, motivation, focus, and study skills, while helping clients identify their strengths and build strategies around them.
Alongside student coaching, Julie runs parenting strategy sessions for families navigating ADHD at home and educator seminars on managing ADHD in the classroom, bringing a whole-family, whole-system view to the work.
