About me
Linda Roggli was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult in the mid-1990s, and says that relief came first, then denial, then grief, and eventually understanding.
Before she focused on ADHD, Linda had many careers, including TV and radio reporter and anchor, newspaper journalist and film critic, founder of an advertising agency, and nonprofit development director. When menopause arrived, she says her ADHD symptoms intensified and the coping strategies that had worked for decades stopped working. That experience set her on a new path.
Today she helps women with ADHD reclaim their confidence, energy, and sense of self through coaching, retreats, and community. She is the author of the award-winning book Confessions of an ADDiva and the founder of the Women's ADHD Palooza, which her site describes as a global event for women learning about their ADHD. Her site lists private coaching, the ADDiva Coaching Spa group program, and workshops, and she has appeared in webinars and podcasts including ADDitude, TADD Talks, and Take Control ADHD.
