Maddy Alexander-Grout helps neurodivergent people get their money, work, and business in order without pretending to be someone they're not.

Founder, The Maddyverse
Maddy Alexander-Grout turned her own late ADHD diagnosis, and the spending addiction, homelessness, and job losses that came before it, into a brand built on making money and business make sense for neurodivergent brains.
Maddy is an entrepreneur, ADHD money and business specialist, and visibility mentor who is open about living with ADHD, ASD, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, and dyslexia, alongside a history of OCD, anxiety, and depression. Through The Maddyverse she runs The Core, a membership where life, money, and work are treated as connected, not separate struggles, because the nervous system touches all of it.
She has coached more than 350 people, built a social media following of roughly 150,000 across platforms, and delivers CPD-accredited neurodiversity training to workplaces, reframing team friction as a communication and environment problem rather than a capability gap. Her book Mad About Money became an Amazon bestseller, and she followed it with a children's finance book, That's My Money, co-authored with Chris Dixon.
Maddy also hosts the podcast Mad About..., where she interviews neurodivergent guests about money, business, parenting, burnout, and identity. Her work has been featured on BBC Radio Solent, in the FT, The Sun, Metro, and Daily Mail, and she has been a finalist for Money Influencer of the Year at both the British Bank Awards and the Headline Money Awards.
Maddy Alexander-Grout is a UK-based ADHD and neurodivergence coach, speaker, and bestselling author who helps neurodivergent people manage money, work, and business through a brain-affirming lens. She founded The Maddyverse and runs The Core, a membership community for ADHD'ers and other neurodivergent people.
She specializes in ADHD and money, helping neurodivergent entrepreneurs get visible and grow their businesses without burning out, and delivering workplace neurodiversity training. Her signature angle is that money, work, and wellbeing struggles are connected through the nervous system, not separate problems to solve one at a time.
