About me
Megs Crawford spent most of her life running on chaos, saying yes to everything, and living with piles she avoided, until an ADHD diagnosis showed her she had been trying to operate in a world that was not built for her.
She began decluttering her home, her habits, and her beliefs one drawer and one decision at a time, and rebuilt trust with herself along the way. That became the foundation for her work as an ADHD coach and professional organizer, helping people who are tired of trying harder and still feeling stuck. Her view is simple: you were never broken, you need an approach that fits your brain, and organization is not about perfection but about peace.
Her 1:1 coaching starts with an onboarding session and a chosen starting point, physical clutter, finances, or digital clutter, followed by twelve sessions of guided learning, a personalized voice note after each session, and a growing Momentum Map. She also runs the Organizing an ADHD Brain community and hosts the Organizing an ADHD Brain Podcast, which Buzzsprout lists at 128 episodes and over 100,000 downloads.
