About me
After more than 20 years in digital marketing and IT, Nathalie was diagnosed with Inattentive ADHD around age 50, a lightbulb moment that reframed years of feeling adrift and struggling with sleep.
Nathalie spent two decades as a consultant, project manager, UX specialist, and business analyst before perimenopause and chronic pain collapsed her sleep down to a couple of hours a night. A doctor's offhand suggestion that she might have ADHD led to a diagnosis of Inattentive ADHD, which reframed a lifetime of being told she was lazy, late, or a procrastinator.
She trained at the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and moved to Montreal to build a coaching practice from scratch. Working with clients, she kept seeing the same pattern she'd lived herself: ADHD and sleep problems compounding each other. She cites that up to 80 percent of people with ADHD struggle with sleep, and made that connection a core part of her practice.
Her approach is holistic: history, environment, daily routines, physical and mental health, diet, and exercise all factor into the personalized strategies she builds with clients. She works with ADHD adults, in English and French, based in Montreal and reaching clients globally.
