Renee helps women with ADHD calm their nervous systems and build systems designed for how their brains work.
Host, Inspiring Women with ADHD
About me
Renee Allen never suspected she had ADHD until she was an adult: she got straight A's, excelled at work, and thought she did well as a mom.
She forgot to bring lunches to school, talked a lot, and lost things all the time, but she did not realize her ways were common ADHD symptoms. Learning how ADHD affects her thoughts, emotions, and patterns helped her find new ways of doing things that work with her brain, not against it.
Now she helps other women do the same through her podcast, free ADHD tips in her newsletter, email support, accountability, and online courses. Her site lists upcoming courses called Finding Focus, Positively Calm, and Time Management, and it also offers livestream and on-demand yoga classes.
