Sara helps late-diagnosed women with ADHD build calm, confidence, and self-worth.

Founder, ADHD Mindset Mastery · Author, The ADHD Awakening
For years Sara Kelly wrestled with depression, anxiety, and the sense that no matter how hard she tried, she could never quite catch up. Mindfulness study and coaching programs did not close the gap. Then she found the missing piece: she has ADHD.
Like many women, Sara had spent years masking and blaming herself for challenges rooted in a brain that works differently. Once she understood how ADHD shapes emotional regulation, memory, and motivation, she saw that "just try harder" coaching was never built for neurodivergent minds. She trained as a certified ADHD coach through the ADD Coach Academy and joined the International Coaching Federation.
Today she runs ADHD Mindset Mastery, offering 1:1 coaching, a free masterclass, and the self-paced ADHD Mindset Mastery Academy, eight modules on mindset, self-acceptance, emotional regulation, rejection sensitivity, productivity, relationships, boundaries, and life design. Her book, "The ADHD Awakening: A Woman's Guide to Thriving After Diagnosis," draws on her own late diagnosis and years of coaching conversations, and her site lists it as a Pinnacle Book Achievement Award winner and a Literary Global Book Awards finalist.
Sara Kelly is a certified ADHD coach trained through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), a member of the International Coaching Federation, and the founder of ADHD Mindset Mastery. She was diagnosed with ADHD later in life herself, and her mission is to empower women diagnosed later in life with ADHD.
Sara helps professional women with ADHD understand the root cause behind the patterns they keep blaming themselves for, so they can follow through, regulate emotions, and rebuild self-trust. She works through 1:1 coaching, a free masterclass, and her self-paced ADHD Mindset Mastery Academy.
"The ADHD Awakening: A Woman's Guide to Thriving After Diagnosis" is Sara's self-help guide for late-diagnosed ADHD women. It explains how ADHD often shows up differently in women, with a focus on masking, coping strategies, and the emotional cost of functioning in systems not built for an ADHD brain. Its message: understanding comes first, and self-trust comes before change.
