Sarah Lovell started out as an executive function coach with a Boston non-profit supporting adults with autism, right after graduating from Endicott College with a B.S. in psychology in 2012.
She went on to earn a Master's degree in Social Work from Boston University in 2017, and during that time began coaching undergraduate students with ADHD at Boston University. As she scheduled more and more coaching clients, she took the leap in January 2022 to coach full time and founded Executive Functioning First, LLC.
Today she runs a virtual coaching practice for overthinkers, recovering perfectionists, and ambitious professionals, with coaching for professionals with ADHD, college students, and women business owners. She believes self-care and self-talk are the foundation of our executive functioning abilities. She also hosts the podcast From Stuck to Started and offers a free workbook, 7 Steps to Get Unstuck & Get Started on your Big Goals.
