Shane helps people with ADHD build personalized systems that work with their brains, not against them.

About me
Shane was diagnosed with both ADHD and autism at age 35, after years of not understanding his own differences.
That late diagnosis, combined with a background in project management, shaped how Shane coaches: building personalized, values-and-strengths-based systems that work with a person's brain instead of fighting it. He works with individuals, parents, and entrepreneurs, and helps businesses understand and empower their employees with ADHD.
Beyond his coaching practice, Shane is Operations Director for the Men's ADHD Support Group (27,000+ members), founder of the ADHD Parent Support Group (46,000+ Facebook members), a board member of the AuDHD nonprofit Dueling Minds, and Marketing Lead for the International Conference on ADHD. He is also an Executive Function and Parenting Coach with ScienceWorks Behavioral Healthcare. He co-hosts The DadDHD Podcast with Braden Young, a show about neurodivergent fatherhood that focuses on the day-to-day realities, bedtime routines, dysregulation, intimacy, and breaking inherited cycles, rather than symptoms and medication.
Shane is a father of four, based in Winston-Salem, NC.
