Sophie Hailwood coaches high-achieving professionals whose ADHD gets doubted because they look successful.

Founder, ADHD ACTS · Bradford, West Yorkshire
About me
Sophie lived with undiagnosed ADHD for 36 years, and was repeatedly told she couldn't have it because she had a good job.
She was diagnosed at nearly 37 while working as a Director of Operations and Inclusion at a mental health charity. Medication helped her mind organize a thought, but it didn't teach her how to clean up the mess underneath. That came through ADHD coaching accessed via Access to Work, which she calls a genuine game changer.
She trained as an ADHD Coach with Leanne Maskell at ADHD Works and founded ADHD ACTS, now coaching other high-achieving professionals through the same perfectionism, masking, imposter syndrome, people-pleasing, and burnout she once faced. She also delivers workplace neurodiversity training for line managers, HR teams, and frontline staff.
