Suzi Payton helps late-identified ADHD and autistic founders and speakers unmask, get visible, and get paid for their work without burning out.

Confidence & Business-Visibility Coach · UNMASKED · Brighton, UK
Suzi Payton was late-diagnosed with ADHD (inattentive subtype), clinically significant autistic traits, mild Tourette syndrome and OCD about ten years ago, a turning point she turned into a mission to help neurodivergent people find self-acceptance and confidence through humour and lived experience.
A former teacher who spent eighteen years in mainstream and special education settings, Suzi designed emotional-literacy courses for vulnerable students and delivered autism and ADHD awareness training to businesses, local authorities and charities, including Brighton and Hove Albion in the Community. About a decade ago she discovered comedy improvisation, which she says changed her life by teaching her to let go of having to know what would come next. She now performs stand-up with observational and character-based material, has acted in comedy murder mysteries, and has appeared in TV adverts for M and C Saatchi and the BBC.
Suzi blends coaching, neurodiversity training, comedy and public speaking through her UNMASKED practice, built for late-identified ADHD and autistic and/or creative founders and speakers who are ready to be seen and paid for their work without pushing through and burning out. She also hosts the weekly podcast ADHD Adventures with Suzi Payton and published her first book, Lost and Now Found: A guide to understanding and accepting yourself for late-discovered autistic adults, in 2025.
Suzi Payton is a UK-based keynote speaker, stand-up and improv comedian, author and qualified Personal Performance Coach. Late-diagnosed with ADHD, autistic traits, Tourette syndrome and OCD, she coaches, trains and speaks on neurodiversity, and hosts the podcast ADHD Adventures with Suzi Payton.
UNMASKED is for late-identified (diagnosed or not) ADHD and autistic and/or creative founders and speakers who are ready to be seen and get chosen and paid at the level their work deserves, without pushing through and burning out.
