Tracy Otsuka helps high-achieving women see their ADHD brains as a source of strength, not a deficit.

Certified ADHD Coach · Author, ADHD for Smart Ass Women
About me
Tracy Otsuka was a lawyer who didn't know she had ADHD until her forties, when her son's diagnosis sent her looking for answers about her own brain.
When her son was diagnosed with ADHD at 12, his psychologist recommended lowering his expectations. Tracy fired the psychologist and set out to learn everything she could about ADHD instead. About eight months later, she was diagnosed with it herself.
That discovery became the ADHD for Smart Ass Women podcast, which has drawn millions of downloads across more than 160 countries, and her book of the same name. Both center on the same idea: ADHD in women isn't a productivity problem to fix, it's a different kind of brain to understand and build a life around.
