William helps ADHD adults find focus, motivation, and momentum one small step at a time.

Host & Founder, Hacking Your ADHD · Washington State
About me
William Curb discovered his own ADHD diagnosis in 2011, three years after graduating with a BA in English from the University of Puget Sound. That diagnosis reshaped his path.
Born on Oahu and raised on Hawaii's Big Island, William's career had already taken him through real estate and managing a professional ultimate frisbee team before he found his real calling. In 2019 he launched 'Hacking Your ADHD,' a podcast offering actionable advice and a supportive community for people with ADHD, built to dispel misconceptions and empower listeners.
He now lives in Washington State with his wife and two children, where he still plays ultimate frisbee, builds Lego, hikes, and plays board games with his kids. The podcast has run continuously since 2019, drawing a 536-member Patreon community as of August 2026 and regular invitations as a guest on other ADHD and neurodivergence shows.
