She founded Women & ADHD, LLC as an education and advocacy hub for women and adults socialized as girls navigating ADHD, especially those diagnosed later in life. Her philosophy is that living well with ADHD isn't about trying harder, it's about understanding your brain and creating systems that work for you, not against you.
Katy hosts the Women & ADHD podcast, ranked among the top 0.5 percent of all podcasts worldwide, where she interviews women who discovered they have ADHD in adulthood. She also offers 1-on-1 ADHD and executive function coaching, helping clients get unstuck, manage executive functioning challenges, and build a more trusting relationship with their brain and body.
